We’re aware that a lot of the time, the person whom you as a client come into regular contact with at Emery Little is your financial planner; the personal face of your investment plans and aspirations. But behind this knowledgeable face is a whole team of other specialists, applying their expertise and experience to inform, manage and support your financial plans.

We feel we want you to ‘meet’ these people and give you a sense of Emery Little as a whole.

So let us introduce one of our Paraplanners, Jasmine Granger.

Over to you, Jasmine…

I graduated from University with a teaching degree and although I loved the actual teaching, I soon realised that this wasn’t what I wanted to pursue as a career. I then trained to be a project manager, acquiring my prince2 qualification but found myself working at Emery Little two years later.

I was first employed as part of the administration team and worked in the team for nearly five years. I’m now part of the paraplanning team and my main responsibility is working alongside the planners, writing recommendations and conducting research. I also work closely with the administration team when it comes to platform development and implementing recommendations. You’ll often find me in client review meetings making notes.

Meeting clients is an aspect I really enjoy; hearing about their lives and travel experiences and being part of the process to help them achieve their financial goals. We’re very lucky to have such a diverse bunch of clients.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me at the stables with our horses. I recently retired from Horseball (rugby on horseback) after competing in Australia, Spain and France. We’re now focussing on eventing.

My other love is going out to eat and socialising with friends!

In February 2021, Joe and I welcomed our daughter Arabella into the world. Trying to manage work, horses, competition schedules has all been a little hectic – but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I am sure she will be just as pony mad as we are!
