If your parents or grandparents are a client of ours and they use our services to help manage your family’s money, we collect basic details such as your name, email and phone number. We also learn about your money, plans, and sometimes your health (with your parents’ or grandparents’ permission).

To give advice to your parents or grandparents that’s right for you and your family.
5. Who sees your info?
- Only people who need it: our team and some trusted partners (like accountants or tech helpers)
- We never sell or rent it, or use it for our own ads
6. How long we keep your info
- If your family are a client: between six and 50 years, depending on the service they use
- If your family are not a client: usually six months, unless we’ve already given advice, in which case we keep it six years
- Special info (like health) is kept for six years, or forever for some pension cases
7. Cookies on our website
We’re not talking about the biscuit ones! Cookies are little digital notes on your computer, tablet or phone that help websites and apps work better.
- We use cookies so our site remembers things like your settings
- You can change what cookies you want in the site’s settings or your web browser
8. Your rights
You have rights when it comes to what we do with your information, like asking to see your info, correct mistakes we might have made, delete info, or stop us using it for marketing.
