We are looking for a detail-oriented, personable Client Administrator to join our close-knit team, supporting our clients through the implementation of their Financial Plan and ensuring they receive excellent service.

An essential part of the Administration team, you’ll work closely with our Financial Planners and Paraplanners to implement and administer clients’ financial plans, ensuring our Advice and Review processes run on time and to the exceptional standards we expect.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Paraplanners to ensure clarity and simplicity for clients.
  • Administrative implementation of clients’ investments.
  • Working competently with our key Platform providers.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail; meeting our expected Service Level Agreements.
  • Ensuring excellent records are kept relating to all clients, feeding into our client hub, annual planning processes, and all other aspects of the business.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships, supporting our clients and keeping them well informed.
  • Supporting other team members in specialist knowledge areas.
  • Sharing ideas and collaborating with all teams to improve our business processes and enhance client relationships, playing your part in helping us realise our plans for growth.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Loves getting stuck into the detail, and making sure things are right first time.
  • Enjoys holding a client’s hand through planning processes.
  • Goes above and beyond to deliver what a client needs to make them happy.
  • Understands that relationships and trust are built in small moments of connection.
  • Thrives on taking the time to get to know people.
  • Loves working in a close-knit team where their input is valued, and no-one is afraid to put their ideas forward.
  • Subscribes to our values of trust, clarity, connection, and progress, and demonstrates them in their day-to-day work. You can learn more about our company and values here.
