We’re recruiting for the key role of Head of Operations at Emery Little, responsible for driving operational efficiency across all aspects of our highly respected financial planning service. We’re seeking a knowledgeable, people-oriented leader full of ideas and experienced in the development of processes and systems. Ensuring genuine support for our team and the delivery a world-class service to our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Gathering and monitoring client feedback.
- Delivering key projects, developing efficient systems, and reviewing and integrating processes across the business, in close collaboration other senior leaders and teams.
- Sharing ideas, innovations, and knowledge to drive improvement across the business, playing a key part in realising our plans for growth.
- Supporting team members in specialist knowledge areas.
- Giving feedback to colleagues to help in their growth.
- Championing your own development, engaging in all opportunities for personal growth and taking full advantage of the support we offer.
