We’re aware that a lot of the time, the person whom you as a client come into regular contact with at Emery Little is your financial planner; the personal face of your investment plans and aspirations. But behind this knowledgeable face is a whole team of other specialists, applying their expertise and experience to inform, manage and support your financial plans.
We feel we want you to ‘meet’ these people and give you a sense of Emery Little as a whole.
So let us introduce Jasmine Bowlzer, Business Administrator at Emery Little.
Take it away, Jasmine…
When I was 17, I was working two part time jobs and I wasn’t happy with the decision I’d made to go to sixth form. I decided to look for something that suited me better and I began looking for administrative apprenticeships. I applied for everything and anything in the local area as I was desperate to leave school and start a career. Emery Little must have spotted that I was on the look out and keen because they got in touch and I ended up joining them as a junior administration apprentice.
That was four years and two apprenticeships ago. I’m now a full time Business Administrator with responsibility for processing and implementing client recommendations, as well as maintaining their records and reviews. If clients have any questions as we’re processing recommendations, I’m on hand to answer them.
This means every day is different and the job regularly throws up new challenges. I work in a great team who are supportive of each other, and we have a lot of fun working together.
But it’s not all work, work, work.
I’m a massive foodie. My favourite pastime is to go out for a good meal and wine. You’ll also find me regularly visiting the gym to keep both my body and mind in shape.
I like to set myself goals and top of the list at the moment is getting on to the property ladder. I currently live at home with my parents and younger brother and sister. Although it will be hard to say goodbye to the luxuries of living at home, I am definitely looking forward to having my own space!
