To achieve great client outcomes
Emery Little’s five key
principles
Based on our experience of working with clients for many years we believe these five key principles are essential in order to ensure we can provide a world class financial planning service, which will ultimately benefit the client and their families.
What are the five principles?
The client must:
Be a suitable character fit
The character of our clients is very important, and whilst not all clients need to be our best friends, we will never accept a client being rude, aggressive, unreasonable or inappropriate.
Agree to work with us as a true partnership
Financial planning is a two way partnership. To get the best out of it we need you to be willing to delegate the management of your finances to us, to respond to our emails and requests for updated information within a timely manner and agree to proceed with our advice. In addition, unless you are single, both partners are to be involved in the process.
Only work with Emery Little and have no other financial strategy in place that could negatively impact their financial plan
This includes but is not limited to, clients with alternative IFAs, Wealth Managers or DIY investment strategies. We manage all of our clients’ investible assets or nothing. Anything different is a disservice to our clients, which we can’t allow.
Have built a Financial Plan with Emery Little
The needs of which are then fuelled by our world class, evidence based True Wealth portfolios.
Be a commercially viable and profitable client in their own right
They understand the value in our service and don’t contest our fees.
