We’re aware that a lot of the time, the person whom you as a client come into regular contact with at Emery Little is your financial planner; the personal face of your investment plans and aspirations. But behind this knowledgeable face is a whole team of other specialists, applying their expertise and experience to inform, manage and support your financial plans.
We feel we want you to ‘meet’ these people and give you a sense of Emery Little as a whole.
So let us introduce Kira Iles, one of our Administrators.
Over to you, Kira…
In 2014 I graduated from Chester University with a degree in Events Management but I didn’t feel ready for a career so decided to go backpacking for a year around Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
When I came home, I knew that Events Management was no longer the path I wanted to take. I ended up with a job in payroll whilst I thought about my next step.
One of my closest friends, Siobhan, informed me that there was a job going where she works. Emery Little were on the lookout for a new administrator so I decided to apply. I really liked Emery Little’s ethos and I’d get to work with my best friend so it was an easy decision.
I work as a Business Administrator and I’m responsible for processing clients recommendations, preparing reviews and ensuring our client data is up-to-date. I have recently been appointed as ‘Vice-captain’ to Jenny, the Business Admin team leader.
I occasionally cover meetings with clients which I really enjoy as I can put a face to a name and learn more about them.
I own an apartment with my boyfriend, John, and we have a 5 month old fluffy ginger kitten named Percy. He is incredibly cute and playful and it’s fair to say I am obsessed with him. If I’m not at home with Percy, and John, then you may find me at the gym or meeting with friends over a bottomless brunch or for dinner.
