As Client Administration Team Leader, I oversee our client administration function, ensuring we deliver excellent service across all aspects of our work – from investment processing to maintaining accurate client records. I focus on developing my team while continuously seeking ways to improve our processes and systems.
I lead and manage the team with a hands-on approach, working closely with other departments to create seamless client experiences. Building strong relationships, both within the team and across the business, is key to delivering great outcomes.
Outside of work, horses are my lifelong passion. I have a Connemara pony and share many happy hours at Pony Club with my daughter Olivia and her Dartmoor Hill pony. At home, we have Bentley the dog and our guinea pigs, Marble and Coco. When not at the stables, I can be found working on the ongoing renovation of our country cottage.
