As CRM Systems Manager, I provide technical support across Emery Little, helping the team work more productively by solving technical challenges and implementing key technology changes. I particularly enjoy being part of the bigger team and helping people navigate IT solutions – there’s always something new to learn, and sharing that knowledge with colleagues is a real highlight.
My role involves building and maintaining systems, automating processes, and working on projects that meet our business needs. I love acting as a sounding board for technical challenges and collaborating with department heads to improve how their teams use technology.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about books, films, and TV. I enjoy both consuming media and engaging in discussions about it. At home, I’m the proud mum to Franco, my tuxedo cat who keeps me entertained.
