As Paraplanning Team Leader, I provide expert qualified support to our financial planners and business administration team. We handle the technical background work for client meetings, translating complex information into clear, succinct proposals that help clients understand their financial options.
I lead our paraplanning team, ensuring we maintain high standards in our technical research and documentation. My role involves overseeing all aspects of the paraplanning function, from managing workflows to supporting team development. I particularly enjoy mentoring other team members and collaborating with different departments to create great client outcomes.
I’m originally from Finland, and I travel back regularly where I enjoy relaxing in a cabin and jumping in a cold lake from a hot sauna. Here in the UK, I unwind through reading and baking, and spend plenty of time with our dog, who keeps us active and entertained.
